Calgary Stampede '23!
It's Yahoo not Yeehaw, It's a Stampede thing. Calgary Stampede is considered "The greatest outdoor show on the Earth." It attracts over a million viewers each year. It is an annual rodeo exhibition held every July for ten days. It exhibits and hosts one of the world's largest rodeos, a parade, midway, stage shows, concerts, agricultural competitions, chuckwagon racing & First Nation exhibitions. Calgary Stampede was first held in 1912 and since then has been successful every year. It is a must visit, at least once in your lifetime and if you are new in town. It was my first-time visiting Stampede last year and it is one of the best things I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely fantastic! There are hundreds of food stalls, entertainment games, rides, and adventure. Gondola rides are so much fun, and the food is yum! Footlong Freakk Fries are my favourite! Stampede surely does live to its expectations and the fireworks is just amazing. You get to see a lot of horses, the life of the show. They are huge, strong, and majestic! It is better to get the ten-day pass if you are planning to go daily if not the day passes work just fine. Am glad I went to Stampede last year. Nothing compares close the experience. It feels great to sink in and enjoy, not worrying about anything else. The Calgary Stampede Showband is lovely. The best part for me was obviously the food and the rides. Not to forget the horses! You just have to be cautious if you are carrying expensive things on you. It is the most awaited show of the year. You can see Calgarians, from kids to elders, all dressed up and enthusiastic to attend Stampede.
